How these files fit into a website
One conversion prepares both sets—there is no delivery choice before encoding. It takes longer than preparing just one set; switching preview or downloading later does not encode again.
- Browser video ZIP: extract it and upload the videos and optional poster. The HTML snippet is plain video markup without JavaScript.
embed.htmlis an example page that needs its nearby files. - Player ZIP: extract it and keep
player.jsandgl-helpers.jsbeside the video files. Use the supplied player markup and script. Its packed MP4s are not drop-in CMS videos. KeepSTACKED-LICENSEwhen redistributing this player. - Serve the example page over HTTP; do not double-click it as a
file://page because browser module loading may be blocked.
Browser marks describe documented compatibility, not a test on every physical device. HEVC playback on platforms other than Safari is not guaranteed; iOS browsers based on WebKit follow Safari behavior. Preview links are temporary and expire with the job; downloaded ZIPs are independent copies.
